The 2024 Maritime UK Solent Awards were a resounding success, and all attendees, nominees, winners and, of course, our sponsors had a fantastic time. We received a record number of entries last year, showing that momentum in the maritime sector is only going to continue to grow and grow.
Now, we are offering the opportunity for you to sponsor the 2025 event, which is promising to be even bigger and better than last year.
The Maritime Solent Awards 2025 will be held on October 23rd at the Hilton Southampton Utilita Bowl.
Why Sponsor the Maritime UK Solent Awards?
The Maritime Sector is one of the fastest growing and most vibrant in the south of England, and we have seen numbers of entries and guests at the annual Awards grow year on year.

There are a number of sponsorship opportunities available – drinks reception sponsor, category sponsorship and official brochure sponsorship.

- Announcement via a press release to the local and trade media, on Maritime Solent’s LinkedIn feed and in the regular Maritime Solent e-newsletter to over 1200 network members
- Continued promotion on social media from sponsorship announcement, a guaranteed minimum of 6* posts across LinkedIn
- Prominent branding at the Awards event, on the stage and in associated material
- Company logo, feature and link to their website on the dedicated Maritime Solent Awards web pages
- Opportunity for short welcome address at the Awards or a video introduction to be screened at Awards
- VIP table of ten at the Awards
- Quote, logo branding and picture included in the post event promotional activity of the Awards
- Access to event photography and video to promote their involvement to their audiences after the Awards

The commitments made by Maritime Solent to those who sponsor a category include:
- Announcement as a Category Sponsor on Maritime Solent’s LinkedIn feed, related press releases, and in the regular Maritime Solent e-newsletter to over 1200 network members
- Continued promotion on social media from sponsorship announcement, a guaranteed minimum of 6* posts across LinkedIn
- An organisational representative to present the category award to the winner during the Awards event
- Sponsor’s company logo, feature and link to their website on the dedicated Maritime Solent Awards web pages
- Marketing pack including email signature plate and quote from Chair of Maritime Solent for use in their promotional activity
- Quote, logo branding and picture included in the post event promotional activity of the Awards
- Prominent branding at the Awards event, on the stage and in associated material
- A VIP table of ten places at the Awards event
- Access to event photography and video to promote involvement to their audiences after the Awards

* The amount of social media posts will be produced are subject to the date by which confirmation of sponsorship is agreed.

What we need from you
To be a sponsor of the Maritime Solent Awards, we need the following:
- 300 words about your organisation
- 50-word quote from spokesperson on why you are a sponsor
- Company logo (highest res available)
- Company website url
- Social media handles (LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Names of guests attending awards evening
- A commitment to promote the Awards as much as possible!
