Ready to grow your leadership potential? The Maritime Solent Future Leaders programme offers a dynamic six-week introduction to leadership and management for rising talent in the Solent maritime sector. Participants will grow their network of peers in different organisations and industries within the sector.

- Start Date: Wednesday 4th February 2026
- Schedule: Wednesday mornings, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM Two hours of immersive learning plus networking each week
- Duration: 6 weeks
- Cohort Size: 10 participants
- Repeat Offerings: Available each term, based on demand
Who Should Join?
This programme is ideal for professionals:
- With 5–10 years of experience in maritime
- Working in the Solent area
- Likely on their first or second promotion

Critical thinking is woven throughout every session. SHCG provides the venue for weeks 1 and 6; industry partners with participants are invited to host the remaining sessions.
