Ready to grow your leadership potential? The Maritime Solent Future Leaders programme offers a dynamic three day intensive introduction to leadership and management for rising talent in the Solent maritime sector. Participants will grow their network of peers in different organisations and industries within the sector.

  • Schedule: Three days, 5th, 6th and 7th May 2026 9.30-3pm
  • Duration: 3 Days
  • Cohort Size: 12 participants
